The Ring Boxes (“TRB”) is offering a free first subscription box (“TRB Box”) when you subscribe to a monthly Ring Boxes subscription and commit to purchasing at least four additional boxes after the initial free box (the “Offer”). TRB is under no obligation to make this Offer available at all times. However, if the Offer is available and you take advantage of it, such Offer is subject to these FREEBOX Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) as well as TRB’s Terms of Service, located here Terms of Service. To the extent that these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Offer Terms will control solely with respect to the Offer.

  1. Eligibility. To be eligible for the Offer, you must subscribe to The Ring Boxes subscription service and commit to maintaining your subscription for at least four additional boxes after receiving the free first box.

  1. Pricing. By participating in the FREEBOX Offer, you will receive the first TRB Box for free, and you are responsible only for shipping and handling costs. You agree to purchase at least four additional boxes at the regular subscription price after receiving the free box. The current price per box starts at $49.95, plus tax. TRB reserves the right to adjust the subscription box price at any time in the future.

  1. Subscription Commitment. By accepting the FREEBOX Offer, you commit to receiving and paying for at least four more subscription boxes after the free box. If you cancel your subscription before these four additional boxes are processed, you will be charged $39.99 to go towards the discounted first box, which you received for free.

  1. Cancellation Policy. To avoid being charged for the first box, you must fulfill the commitment to receive at least four additional boxes. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the four additional boxes have been processed, you will be responsible for paying $39.99 to go towards the discounted first box, which you received for free. Cancellations must be made by contacting our customer support team at support@theringboxes.com at least 5 days before the next box is processed.

  1. Delinquent Accounts. TRB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for any unpaid amounts. In addition to any unpaid subscription fees, accounts in delinquent status will be subject to any incidental fees related to chargebacks or collections. If your payment method becomes invalid, TRB reserves the right to halt shipping of your subscription boxes until a valid payment method is provided.

  1. Offer Modification and Termination. TRB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of this Offer. Any subscriptions in effect at the time of such changes will be subject to the Offer Terms that were in effect at the time the subscription was purchased.
